Summer has arrived in New York City, and with that there is a renewed activity in the real estate market.

In the last week of June I traveled out west to California. I visited Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices La Jolla, Monarch Beach, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Montecilo and Santa Barbara! I met with over 30 Brokers, all of which will be receiving my Newsletter for the first time! I introduced our 6 month old office to my colleagues and we discussed our markets including the way that we transact business, which is different but we all agreed that our clients are similar and many have offices on both the east and west coasts. Many new friendships were forged and I am looking forward working our new referral network.
